If not, refer the caller to the EEO-1 Joint Reporting Committee at 866.286.6440 (toll-free) or e1.techassistance@eeoc.gov Request the company name and zip code. Access EEO-1 Management and click SEARCH. In the REPORT TYPE data field, click in Boxes 1 and 2. Enter the company name or zip code and click SEARCH. If the company is found, click VIEW to the right of the report type.
