How can I obtain information through the Telephone Operated Program Support (TOPS)?
You can obtain account information, account values, daily unit values, make transfers among investment options and change allocations for future contributions by calling 1-800-821-7777, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required to transfer amounts or change allocations. If you do not have a PIN, or do not remember the 5-digit number, please complete a TOPS Enrollment Form and mail as instructed on the form. For security reasons our Customer Service Representatives and your Financial Representative will not provide your PIN to anyone who requests it.
