To create a piece of software that interacts with WHM, to add an icon for your software inside of cPanel, or to get information from cPanel/WHM, you can use our Plugins system along with our XML API. We offer API documentation here. We recommend using the XML API in conjunction with API2 to make cPanel calls. You can also create cPAddon scripts which allow customers to download your software to their server and then domain owners can install it from the cPanel interface section Site Software.
