How can I obtain hotel information and is there a special group rate?
Once you have registered and made your hotel preferences via the registration system, a confirmation, along with hotel information will be forwarded to you within 7 business days. Attendees staying at the host hotel are guaranteed a group rate of $89.00 ( excluding tax) until July 31st or until all BB blocks rooms become filled. All rooms regardless of room type are based on double occupancy. Rooms that have over two guest will be charged an additional $10 per person, per night.. Hotel rooms are available in King or Double, Smoking or Non Smoking. Sorry, No suites available at present.
