How can I obtain help from the Student Run Help Desk?
1. The student Lab Assistants working in the computer labs can help you with a variety of routine tasks such as logging on to the computer, launching application programs, printing and aborting print jobs, saving data, and closing applications. However, the Lab Assistants are not instructors and may not be thoroughly versed in the application software. You can also e-mail labman@clark.edu with any questions, comments, or concerns you may have. 2. A student-run help desk is located in AA4 Room 204. The hours of operation vary each quarter. They are posted on AA4 204’s exterior door. Students staffing the help desk can assist you with a variety of issues related to computer hardware and software beginning the second week of each quarter. They can be reached by telephone at (360) 992-2562 or by sending an e-mail to helpdesk@clark.edu.
