How can I obtain an activation or authentication code if my applications registration process fails?
• Click the Retry button three times and then click the Cancel button. The Computer or Machine ID and serial number will display, as well as a place to enter an activation or authentication code. • Take the serial number and Computer/Machine ID and go to the Registration Form. • Enter your information and choose your application from the drop-down menu. Click the Submit Form button. • Enter the Computer or Machine ID and serial number in the appropriate fields. Click the Continue button. • Verify the accuracy of your e-mail address. This is the address to which your activation or authentication code will be sent. Click the Continue button. • Once you have received the e-mail with the activation or authentication code, take this code to the computer that is not connected to the Internet and enter it in the Activation/Authentication Code field.
