How can I obtain a personal identification number (PIN) for my credit card in order to access cash through an ATM machine?
Each credit card account is automatically assigned a PIN at the time of issue. If you have forgotten your PIN, you may contact the Credit Card Department at UFCU and one can be ordered for you from our credit card processor. If you would like to choose your own PIN, a form will be sent to you to fill out and return. Once the request has been received it will take 10-14 business days for the PIN of your choice to be activated. The Credit Card Department at UFCU DOES NOT have access to PINs.
