How can I obtain a copy of a fire department response report?
Reports may be obtained at our Administration Building located at 701 E. Main Street. It is suggested to call (863)834-8200 and request the report. The person assisting with the request can advise when the report will be ready, as it may take several days. You may download the Public Information Request form from the Downloadable Forms page of this website. Fill out the form and take it with you to the Administration Building or fax it to (863)834-8295. Reports from responses that were medical in nature are confidential as per Florida Statute 401.30, Chapter 3, and may not be disclosed without the consent of the person to whom they pertain, unless one of the outlined provisions for limited disclosure is met.
