How can I move my local contacts to Zimbra?
Each client will have a different method for exporting your contacts: If you are using Outlook IMAP, click on File -> Import/Export…, choose Export to a File, click next and then choose Comma Separated Value (Windows), click next and highlight the file you are attempting to export, most likely it is called the default Contacts. Click next, choose where to store the file and click finish. If you are using Thunderbird, open your Address Book, click Tools -> Export… Choose a file name and change the Save As… to Comma Separated, click Finish. If you use Mac Address Book, you may have to use an unsupported third party software such as A to G to export your contacts into a .CSV file. You can import them into Zimbra by going to Preferences in the Web Client, click on Import/Export, click the bubble for Contacts, designate the destination and source file and click Import.
