How can I move a message from my local mail folder to cgcmail folder in Netscape without having to go back and delete that message?

A. When you drag a message to a folder, you are “copying” the message, and therefore, the original remains in the folder you are copying from. To “move” the message, click on the Message menu and select Move Message. A list of your folders will appear, and you can select the folder that you want the message moved to.
