The “Leave Balances” tab from the Supervisor Menu allows supervisors to monitor the leave balances of their employees. In addition, if one of your employees is also a supervisor, you can drill down and see the leave balances of the employees they supervise. In this manner supervisors can monitor employees who are nearing their maximum vacation balance.
