How can I modify the recipe to make chocolate zucchini cookies?

I have an out of state friend who has never had chocolate zucchini cake & I’d like to make it & overnight it, but it’s so moist of a cake, I’m sure it would never arrive in one peice. But if the recipe could be modified somehow into cookies, it would be just perfect to send through the mail. I’ll be glad to give you the recipe if you think it could be modified to a cookie dough recipe. Please let me know! Thanks!
