How can I modify the appearence of the plots?
A large number of plot settings can be modified by the user of WavePacket. For example, there is a choice between contour and surface plots, with adjustable number of countour levels or viewing angle, respectively. Furthermore, you can toggle output of (animated!) graphics and choose among different file formats. Default settings are given in file init_plots.m in the source directory. They are effective for all simulations carried out using the WavePacket software. However, you can copy and change (few or all of the) statements from that file into your input data file initialize.m in the working directory, thereby overriding the default settings.
