How can I minimise the impact of the spam emails?
Spam Protection is included free of charge with all of our broadband products. This automatically scans any email you receive before it reaches your mailbox and any mail that it detects as spam will be tagged (in the subject line) with the word [-SPAM-]. You can read more about how this works in our Spam Protection Guide. As well as the added security of our Spam Protection service there are a number of techniques that you can employ to combat spam.
