If you need to migrate the mailboxes configuration and data from an existing Axxium to another/new Axxium, back up the following files, and put them back in their original directories on the new system: • ‘Emailcfg.ini’ containing Voice2Email settings (typically at C:\Program Files\Axxium\) • ‘Mbxcfg.ini’ containing Mbx redirections • Mailbox directory containing the voicemail status (typically at C:\Program Files\Axxium\dbf\) • 4xxxx.vox files containing the voicemail messages (typically at C:\Program Files\Axxium\msgs\recorded\) • *.db files containing latest mbx activity (typically at C:\Program Files\Axxium\Logging\)
