It all depends on exactly what it is you are asking. Perth and Northbridge have any number of hotels and hostels offering rooms and SCG is easily accessible from there. If you mean a longer term private rental, then you would need to start scouring sites such as REIWA or get a copy of The West Australian (they are available online) and looking in the rentals pages (I think that Wednesday is the best day for that) A “room” as such is not an easy thing to find on a private rentals basis, but flat sharing is quite common, but would be for a longer period than a hotel or hostel room, which might be just for one night.
