We advise you to use Assistant (vertical card designs are displayed “CARD TYPE > Vertical” category — you’ll see them in Preview). If you wish to turn a horizontal design into a vertical, change the Orientation to Portrait in the Document tab of Inspector. Then move all fields and images manually.
