To show an image as the background for your graph, you must use the special effects (SFX) element in Graph.dtd. You can add the following code to your Graph.xml to make use of the special effects element: This will add the referenced image as background for the plot area of the graph: Note: The SFX element can be used within several other Graph.xml elements in addition to PlotArea, e.g., Background and LegendArea.
