How can I make sure the Mayor or CEO appears at the top of a Contact Content List?

You can use the Manual Sort Order field within the Contacts list object to force the individual contact record into a hierarchical order eg Mayor, Deputy Mayor etc. Be sure to enter the digit format as ’01’, ’02’, etc up to ’10’ within the manual sort order field. When building your content list (see the Files section of this FAQ for further information on Content Lists) make sure you set the ‘list order by’ to ‘manual sort order’.
