How can I make sure that the skills my child learned at the “School of Excellence” are reinforced at regular team practices?
Coaches are encouraged to observe SOE from afar and note methods and techniques that are being employed. At the conclusion of every “School of Excellence” Session the SOE Staff holds a coaches clinic for all coaches that have players participating in the program. During this clinic the methods of the SOE are taught to the Developmental coaches so that they can continually reinforce the skills during their team practices.
