There is an option within the ORPro 3.0 PDF Converter printer properties that needs to be enabled for hyperlinks to be “live” and “clickable. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Open your Printers and Faxes folder, locate the printer ORPro 3.0 PDF Converter and right-click on the icon and then select Properties 2. From the General Tab, click on Printing Preferences 3. In the new window, click on the Advanced Options tab and check Automatic Conversion to Hyperlinks 4. If your link contains a space, the link will not be clickable • Why do some fonts appear to be different in some converted PDF documents? Special fonts and characters will not be recognized by the default PDF printer settings. We have an add-in available for download which allows the embedding of special fonts and characters.
