How can I make sure my employee attends to work and works a complete 8 hour day?
We have on site shift managers that will make sure your employee attends to work and is working on your work, and not others. We warn all employees if they fail to show to work on time, we will deduct $3 USD from their salary. Deducting their wage is a common practice used in China. If not enforced, chances of your employees not showing on time will be more then likely.
