How Can I Make San Francisco Style Creamy Chicken Tikka Masala?
I live in San Francisco. I am on a quest to find a recipe for SF-style Chicken Tikka Masala. I don’t know if this is Pakistani or Indian style, or just San Francisco style, but most any place in SF tastees similar. creamy, heavy on the tomato, slightly spicy, obviously full of butter/oil(Ghee?). Maybe it is called something else in othere places, but every internet recipe, store-bought option, or even spices from an indian store (pre packaged) don’t tastee anything like the stuff I can buy here.
