FriendFeed has limited support for importing Media RSS images. Please make sure the height and width of your media:thumbnails are set. If an appropriately sized image is present, it will be displayed. Podcasts will appear on FriendFeed if an mp3 is referenced in either a media enclosure or a Media RSS element.
