When running PAP with a Livingston PM2 version 1.31, the PM2 does not accept a request from the remote router as Authenticator. OpenROUTE Networks recommends that you upgrade your software on the PM2 to version 3.3.1. This should take care of this problem. The password on the Livingston unit must be the same as the password on your GT 60 Series router.
