You need to focus on a long-term solution. Your goal should be to revise your life style – not to do something drastic or extreme. It won’t work and throwing up is no fun. You will be able to eat good food and still lose weight but you really must consider exercise. You don’t have to “work out” per se…. but you should start by walking for at least 30 minutes every day – even if it’s three times for 10 minutes each. You will begin to see benefits particularly if you are not active now. Look at the Food Guide and see which foods that you body NEEDS to have each day. Focus on eating as many of these as possible – you will have little room for poor food choices that way. It doesn’t hurt to have a treat once in awhile – maybe something very small every day – but you should consume 80% of healthy foods in order to make permanent changes in your body. It won’t matter if you are thin if you are unhealthy.
