in the morning put your hair in to two french plaits and wait till there pretty much dry then take them out and you should have wavy hair you could try this in the evening wash your hair straight before you go to bed and put them in french plaits and because they’re wet they shouldn’t be greasy in the morning or if this doesn’t work get a perm

Blowdry, using a narrow nozzle, and using a medium size barrel brush, as your drying your hair, roll the barrel brush whilst drying. And unroll again, try not touching your curls, as the heat is still setting in, then hairspray it, or use spray wax to hold the curl in. BUT, like you said, you don’t want heat, I would use BaByliss rollers, and then leave it set, use a hair net to keep the frizz at bay, and then when it’s naturally dry, let it out, gently, and then use a spritz of hairspray.
