well the best thing to do is copy all your files that you want to a disk then install a fresh copy of windows on your computer with a windows disk then go to the site where you got your computer to get teh drivers for it and it will work great after that.

id run a back up,,every think you need will go on CD-DVD,then format it ,Put the OS disk in and restart pressing F12
