Open your Kaspersky program and go to>settings>protection, and uncheck the box where it says>> launch Kaspersky at computer start up. I do not want Kaspersky to be active all the time as it slows down my system. If you plan to leave your computer on but don’t want KAV 2010 active, then I would suggest you disconnect from the internet while doing so. Many things can slow down your computer it doesn’t mean it’s Kaspersky. Some times if you have a lot of programs running on your computer and you then ad an Anti-Virus program to it, it can then slow down your system.
