I assume you mean the standard creamy, red-orange dressing common to iceberg lettuce everywhere. This is Rachel Ray’s version Iceberg Lettuce Chopped Salad with “French” Dressing Recipe courtesy Rachael Ray Show: 30 Minute Meals Episode: What’s Warm, Cozy and Fast? Dinner! Dressing: 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar 3 tablespoons sugar 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, eyeball it 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce Salt and white pepper But you can basically add ketchup to any vinegrette recipe and get close to the sweet/sour flavor I think you are looking for. For large quantities I would mix up the vinegar, garlic (I would use fresh) and spices in my blender (to get the garlic well chopped) and then add the oil and ketchup in my food processor. Good luck.
