Firstly, you need to find a legitimate survey company, one that does not ask for money upfront or joining fees, or the like. There are very few, and they have restricted membership, because thousands want to join and they cannot accommodate everyone. Secondly, you need to fit a defined segment of society; surveys target particular age groups, or gender, or locality, or certain professions. Not everyone qualifies, and you will be rejected from those surveys that you do not qualify for. Finally, if you should be so lucky to join such a group AND qualify for a survey, you need to respond IMMEDIATELY, or else the quota will be filled and you will be shut out of that survey.
