How can I make an unrestricted gift to the Athletic Department and how are those funds used to enhance the sports programs?
Unrestricted donations can be made to the Anteater Athletic Fund (AAF) which benefits all 18 programs and 400 student-athletes. Investments in the AAF will go to work immediately to provide scholarships for student-athletes, increase annual program funding, enhance athletic facilities, and provide the ability to retain outstanding coaches and staff. Our goal is to continue improvement in all these areas which allows us to attract talented student-athletes and coaches and sustain UC Irvine’s reputation as a premier athletic program. Unrestricted gifts are eligible to receive the benefits listed within the benefits chart including pre-game hospitality at various sporting events.
