How can I make a warranty claim for faulty or damaged items?
Our self-service warranty and returns area allows you to quickly submit your faulty or damaged items for processing. To request a return: Login to shopforme.com.au Click on the “My Account” link on the top navigation bar. In “My Account”, click on “View the orders I have made”. In your order history, find and then click “View” on the order which contains the items you would like to return. Make note of the order number and Products ordered and send this information to us using the Contact Us link. We will get back to you quickly and work with you to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. What happens if I’m not home to receive the parcel? Will I get a phone call prior to delivery?
