How can I make a table / seating plan for the wedding?
You should be able to make the document in Microsoft word if you have that program. You would need to change the paper settings though. They have a drawing tool bar that will allow you to make the shapes of the tables etc. If your printer is not able to print A3 see if a friend that works in an office is able to do it for you, just save the file to a CD or USB drive. Also another alternative would be to just list the table numbers and which guests are sitting at each table rather than a diagram. It should be done on card to be more sturdy. You could either blutack it to a wall or where the reception is being held they may have a stand for you to put it on. Hope this helps!
