How can i make a simple sailor moon costume?

Instead of buying a wig you could (if you don’t already have dark hair) use a wash in wash out dark brown hair colour +/or extensions. As for the costume i sent a link to, i think its a very good costume for a reasonable price as it is fitted to your size.
