How can I make a revision to previously approved plans?
Use Form E, Minor Change Application. Depending on the change requested you may be asked to resubmit construction plans, Site Plans or other documentation. You may also have to resubmit your change to the Caroline County Building Department. An additional fee may also be required with submission of Form E.
