How can I make a request for a charitable donation for a fundraiser, player appearance, or Skates appearance?
Please submit your request for a donation or appearance in writing by fax or mail, at least 30 days in advance on company letterhead. Be sure to include the event date in your request as well as the contact name, address, and phone number of the contact person. No request will be accepted by e-mail.
