Primarily, referrals are received from Youth Court. Our goal is to reach victims so they themselves can make self referrals into the VOD program. Please contact Lead Facilitator, Carrie Hegenbarth at (406) 239-5798 to discuss the potential of a case for Victim Offender Dialog.
