How can I make a new Administrator account for Windows XP?
First: If your system has an administrator ask him/her for advice because only person who can help you with creating account is him/her. Second: If you already is an administrator click start >>click control panel>>if you are in classic view click on User accounts, if you are in category view click on user accounts then click on user accounts again>>click on create a new account >>Type the name that you desire>>click next>>you can see that computer administrator is already selected click create account and you have created a new adminstrator account.
