Buy yourself a good quality glass cutter, some ‘came lead’ as used in stained glass windows, and solder. Cut the plates into 4 sections (like you’d cut a pie). Then work with the smaller pieces to cut out pendants and secure each piece with came lead around the circumference for safety.
