Main course: Garlic chicken spring salad Marinate chunked chicken in roasted garlic, olive oil, parmesean cheese, worchestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Pan seer with green bell peppers. Serve over spring greens and spinach salad. Top with balsamic vinagarette dressing. Add croutons and sliced almonds. Desert: Berry Sorbet Take your favorite frozen berries. (I prefer strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries) Use one cup per person. Throw them in a food processor with 1/4 cup orange juice per cup of berries. Blend until smooth. Scoop out with mellon ball scoop and serve in a stemmed desert glass. Top with fre
