How can I make a door step banking request via mobile banking?
• A doorstep banking request can be made via the “Request” section in Hello Money • Our bank representative will contact you shortly after the request has been made • The request shall be accepted only for customers registered for doorstep banking • All the unregistered doorstep banking customers, who have placed a request for doorstep banking via Hello Money, will receive a call from Call Centre to take their registration request.
