Open WMP 11 and click on the small arrow (pointing down) directly below the ripping button and scroll down to where its labeled bit rate. Choose a desired bit rate (the larger the rate the higher the quality, but the more space it occupies) and begin ripping MP3, WMA, or WAV files.
