well i think the best way to so that is to drink lots of water always keeps your lips hydrated and prevents them trom looking dry and unhealthy and along with that you will have to use vaseline i dont think there is a substitute for using petroleum jelly and eating healthy also helps and a diet which includes green leafy vegetables and lots of cucumbers will surely help
