How can i lose weight easily?
One thing that worked for me is find a really nice piece of clothing that you LOVE but it’s a teeny bit too small for you, and would only fit if you lost weight. Keep this in your mind and just try to cut down on things which are high in calories – chocolate, fried foods, etc. After a while dieting becomes much easier and you get into the habit of building up your willpower and knowing that a certain food isn’t good for your waistline. And I do 100 sit-ups a day (not all in one go though) and that’s definitely helped me to tone up. Also, measure your hip, bust and weight measurements every few days so you can see if you’ve lost any weight. Hope this helps and good luck!
