How can I lose the weight gained during pregnancy?
I am a mom of 2 children and needed to lose the weight I had gained after pregnancy. What I found worked the most was counting the calories for everything I ate. I kept a diary from Fitday.com and marked down everything I ate and its calorie count. I started eating 500 – 700 less than my calories needs to maintain weight (never go below 1200). Counting calories, making better choices of what I ate, and drinking 65 oz. of water a day helped me lose the weight and continue to lose the weight I need. I’m still doing this and it’s working great. One other thing I’m going to start doing is exercising so I can tone and build muscle, which will help me lose more of the weight. Hope that is helpful!
