How can i lose leg weight without getting becips?
Unfortunately you can not just target one part of you body when you want to lose weight. The only way to lose body fat (from anywhere) is to do aerobic exercises – ones that make you puff – at least 3 times a week. For example running, cycling, aerobic classes , and sports like netball or tennis. Because weight is lost from all over, you may lose a little bit of boob usually though, you are mostly losing fat from you back so that is what makes you need a smaller bra. It doesn’t sound like you need to lose weight though. Areobic exercises will not build up excessive muscle. Doing this and leg excercises with light weights, or no weights will help you tone your leg muscles without building muscle. Extra muscle is only made from lifting heavy weights a lot, so avoid doing that. Leg toning excercises will not take any fat from your legs, but they can make your legs muscles look long and lean, making you legs look better I hope this helps.
