30 pounds is a big goal, but keep in mind that your body won’t lose fat from the spot you want it to – not unless you’re lucky anyway. Any of the following will burn fat – try to do at least 3 things per week and work your way up – be sure to rest though so your body is ready for the next workout: Walking Jogging Biking Swimming Stair Climbing Most sports (i.e. that get you running around or jumping etc) “Cardio” machines like elipticals, stair climbers, stationary bikes etc. If you do 30-60 minutes per day at a pace you can handle, you’ll burn lots of calories and you’ll start to see results after a few weeks. Don’t expect it to start right away though, stick with it.
