How can i lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?
A good cardio program will help cut the weight from fat and a better diet will help and then no program is complete with out a good body weight or weight lifting program introduced to it. So do push ups, pulls up or lift weights you could handle and then do your cardio. The lifting builds muscle that also speeds up your metabolism and the cardio after the lifting burns more fat because your heart rate is already up, so you need to keep it up for another 30 minutes and do this 3 to 4 times a week and you will gain muscle and burn off your chub.
