It’s said you should expect to lose weight by eating healthier and exercising.. The safest range of losing weight is 1-2 pounds a week. There are around 14 weeks from now until July, which would put you at losing 28 pounds by July. It’s pretty unrealistic to attempt 50 pounds. Exersice and eating healthier is the only real way to lose weight and KEEP it off.. Exersicing will also help you tone up and look better in a bathing suit! I’ve lost a pound a week for three weeks now. I make sure to eat some form of breakfast (Special K or cereal bars) firs thing to get my metabolism running. I do at least an hour of cardio every day except for the weekends and some weight training. I also try to eat small, healthy snacks throughout the day.
